Upcoming Events!

  • October HCAA Book Club on October 4, 2023 at 3:00 pm via Zoom.  The selected book is “Horse” by Geraldine Brooks.
  • Pre-retirement planning seminar for current employees will be sponsored by HCAA and held on campus in W214, Thursday, October 12th from 12:00pm – 1:30pm. HCAA members are welcome to attend.
  • Volunteer for packing food at Feed My Starving Children for Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 11:30 am – 1:15 pm.
  • HCAA Annual Meeting and luncheon with the President of Harper College on October 23, 2023 at 12 pm.
  • December HCAA Book Club on December 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm via Zoom.  The selected book is Hello Beautiful by Ann Napolitano.
  • Harper College Upcoming free online public events such as: online exercise and wellness classes, virtual book discussions, and Hawk Talk about current events. Offerings updated regularly.

Membership is open to all Harper College retirees, active employees, spouses, or surviving spouses.  When you join HCAA, you also become a member of SUAA.

HCAA/SUAA offers continuous tracking of benefit issues and state funding levels for the State Universities Retirement system (SURS) and the State Employee Health Insurance Plan.

Single Subscriber annual dues are $44/year.
